LihuaLux (利华灯饰) is an outdoor and decorative lighting manufacturer and exporter established in 2002. Website enquiries are handled by Ethan Sung, Export Manager, from our Hangzhou office at Room 3310, Zone B, Dongxi DoBe E-Manor, No. 555 Dongning Road, Pengbu Subdistrict, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, company, business email, country or region, product interest, project details and any other information you choose to provide. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser information and request logs.

How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange samples or factory visits, discuss OEM or ODM requirements, provide project support, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information or add you to unrelated marketing lists without permission.

Service providers and transfers
Our enquiry form uses FormSubmit to route messages to our company inbox; FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. Website hosting, email and security providers may process data on our behalf. Because we work internationally, information may be processed in countries outside your own, subject to the safeguards available through those providers and applicable law.

Retention and security
We keep enquiry and commercial correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. When a public site analytics token is enabled, we plan to use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement. We will update this notice if the analytics setup or data practices materially change.
